Just a few days divides launch and starts at XI. European Championship Sports majorettes. The local organizer is the Hrvatsko udruženje mažoret Tim, Icici, Croatia.

In December 2003, took place the inaugural meeting held IMA (International majorettes Association), Stanislaw Rewinski was elected as the president and was commissioned to register the IMA in accordance with legislation. In 2004, the first European Championship was held, Opole, Poland, then continuously for six years. The seventh grade was held in Vyskov, Czech Republic, eighth in Porec, Croatia, the ninth in Opole, Poland. The tenth grade was held up after two-year break because of the IMA was weakened in the number of Member States. After consolidation and integration into the international federation International Majorettes Sport Federation (IFMS), based in Prague, was held the tenth year in Kedzierzyn – Koźle in Poland. From the weakening of IMA in Poland were created another associations, which unfairly impersonate under the IMA, used the reputation IMA and 9 years of tradition.The newly formed organizations held European championships in majorette sport and place on diplomas, documents and promotional material false serial numbers of competitions and acquire on its website history IMA based in Opole, Poland. The principle is that every new organization starts from point zero. The only exception is the successor organization, and none of them outside IFMSA based in Prague, isn´t such one.
On XI. European Championship Majorettes Sport will gather to Crikvenice athletes from Belarus, Czech Republic, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, domestic from Croatia. We wish them good starts, the joy of meeting, happy journey and warm sea.
